Terms of Service

1. The service
CronTube is a scheduled AI video workspace. You create an account, store your own API keys, generate scripts, render videos, and may connect a YouTube channel so finished files can be uploaded as private drafts. By using CronTube you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy.
2. Your account
You must provide a valid email and keep your password confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account and for content you generate or upload, including compliance with YouTube and applicable law.
3. Your API keys
CronTube is a bring-your-own-key product. Usage fees charged by OpenAI, DeepSeek, Gemini, Creatomate, Google, or others are yours. Do not submit keys you are not authorized to use. We encrypt stored keys but you remain responsible for rotating a key if it is leaked through your own devices or accounts.
4. YouTube and Google
If you connect YouTube, you authorize CronTube to use YouTube API Services on your behalf as described in the Privacy Policy. Uploads are submitted with private privacy status by default. You must also follow the YouTube Terms of Service and Google API policies. Google may revoke tokens. We may upload only to the channel you connect.
5. Acceptable use
You may not use CronTube to upload unlawful, infringing, or deceptive content; to abuse third-party APIs; or to attack our infrastructure. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or that create risk for other users or Google API compliance.
6. Availability
The service is provided “as is.” Renders, model output, and YouTube uploads can fail. We do not guarantee uptime, specific video quality, or that a scheduled job will fire at an exact minute.
7. Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, CronTube and fn-ait.com are not liable for lost profits, lost data, API bills, or takedowns on YouTube. Our total liability for a claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the previous three months (currently the core app may be operated without a subscription fee).
8. Changes
We may update these terms. The effective date at the top will change. Continued use after an update means you accept the new terms. Questions: privacy@fn-ait.com.
