Privacy Policy
Effective date: August 23, 2026
1. Who we are
CronTube (operated on fn-ait.com) is a web application that helps signed-in users generate video scripts, render videos, and upload them to YouTube. This policy explains what we collect and why. Contact: privacy@fn-ait.com.
2. Information we collect
- Account data: email address and a hashed password.
- Bring-your-own keys: API keys you save for AI providers and Creatomate. Keys are encrypted before they are stored.
- YouTube / Google data: when you click Connect YouTube, Google sends us OAuth tokens and basic channel identity (channel name / id) so we can upload videos you create in CronTube.
- Job content: niches, topics, generated scripts, render URLs, and YouTube watch URLs for jobs you run.
- Technical logs: limited server logs needed to operate the service (for example error messages). We do not use advertising cookies.
3. How we use YouTube API Services
CronTube uses YouTube API Services to (a) identify the YouTube channel you connect and (b) upload video files generated in the app as private drafts. We do not use YouTube data for advertising, resale, or unrelated analytics.
Use of YouTube data is also subject to the YouTube Terms of Service, the YouTube API Services Terms, and the Google Privacy Policy.
CronTube's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
4. Storage and sharing
Google access and refresh tokens, and your provider API keys, are encrypted at rest. Tokens are used only on our servers to call Google / YouTube on your behalf. We do not sell personal information. We share data only with the providers you configure (for example an AI vendor, Creatomate, or YouTube) to perform the action you requested, or if required by law.
5. Retention
We keep account, channel, and job records while your account is active. You can delete individual jobs and schedules in the app. You may request account deletion by emailing privacy@fn-ait.com.
6. Revoking Google / YouTube access
You can stop CronTube from accessing your YouTube account by removing CronTube from your Google Account permissions at myaccount.google.com/permissions. After you revoke access, we will no longer be able to upload to that channel.
